Electric Potato Chips Frying Machine Application
1. For the electrical potato chips fryer, the small manual discharging type is suitable for small food shops, refectories and restaurants.
2. While the large automatic discharging type potato chips frying equipment is suitable for plants that require mass production of fried food.
3. The voltage can be customized according to different needs.
Electric Potato Chips Frying Machine Operations
1. Connect the circuit breaker (switch) with power supply (3 thick lines) and connect the neutral line and ground line.
2. Set the temperature of water to 60℃ and oil to 160℃-210℃ or as needed.
3. Close the water drainage valve. Open the oil drainage valve and inject water into the machine until the oil drainage valve discharges and then close it. Inject oil into the machine till 200-250mm below the top.
4. Turn on the power switch. When the oil temperature rises to the set level, put food into the frying basket.
5. Each day after the work is finished, open the water drainage valve to discharge the water and wastes.
